Scotland - A712

Featured Replies

Description:

A712 Crocketford to Balmaclellan.

Another really good Scottish A road, starts off with superb undulating tight twisties before opening up into faster straights and sweepers.

This is my home patch. Don't just stop at Balmaclellan carry on to Newton Stewart watch out for Deer and Police bikes in summer. It's a beautiful stretch of road and usually pretty quiet.

I've done Balmaclellan to Newton Stewart several times and it's a lovely run. Never gone east to Crocketford, although I go north-south through Corsock a few times a year - some fun unclassified, undulating twisties :)
