I've had the TPMS activated on the car, without the switch, knowing I had a very slow puncture and the system worked well so  I bought one of those Chinese kits (1Z0927127) with the TPMS switch and harness.

 

On fitting I've found that the harness won't work without a little modification.

 

Firstly the kits harness colours don't match the cars harness colours.

Secondly the TPMS switch pin positions are not the same as shown in my copy of the official manual. 

Thirdly two harness connections for the switch need swapping round. 

 

I don't know if anyone else has fitted the same type of kit and found the same?
