Superb Elegance Boot build

Featured Replies

I've had some work done on my 05 Superb Elegance, which now has Three amps, 6-Disc DVD changer, 6-Disc MP3 Changer, Navi computer, Multimedia Processor, 10inch sub, with a still usable boot. :)

Pics to follow...

Looking good Atsu :)

Thanks Lummox for posting the picture. :)

Just got to get the sub box retrimmed now. The sub box is standard for easy removal.

Christ that's one neat install and one massive boot. All that gear has hardly put a dent in it. How are you keeping all that cool and have you uprated the battery or alternator.

No extra Battery or Alternator. I have been told it doesnt need it, and so far (5 months) its been no problem.

The Amps have their own cooling fans, and there are a couple of cooling fans for all the hideaway boxes required for rear monitors, switching boxes etc. They are stored in a flat box underneath where the sub is, and you can see one fan on the top right corner(glows blue :) )

I have one of them Alpine amps, way cool. Love the little flip up lid to access the controls for the gains etc, digital readout etc is brilliant. Just waiting for my sub and box and thats the install done.

Where's the spare wheel gone?

No worries there. I'm sure if you crank up the sounds you could elevate the car using electromagnetism.

Indeed! :)

That looks great. Is it toughened glass or plastic for the windows?

Unfortunately its perspex, which scratches easily. toughened glass would be a better option, but it wasnt a choice I could have at the time.

Heres a few more detailed pics of Atsu's 'Superb' install.

Having listened to this myself it sounds awesome indeed.
