I was looking at a 2005 model octavia tdi today and was just wondering if the front springs, shocks and radiator would fit my 2000 model octavia 1.9 sdi.

 

As mine need replacing, Though this might be a cheaper option.

I can't really think of any reasons why they won't fit. As far as i know the suspension was the same on all mk1 Octavias apart from the Vrs. Both diesels too so weight should be the same. The only issue possibly would be ride height but again i think it was just the Vrs that was lower. Not sure about the radiator though sdi was non turbo so may be different.
