Just got my new Fabia hatch sel 1.2 tsi 90 today and have got Bluetooth to work even with my old steam powered HTC phone checked out the DAB radio only got 5 chanels 2 local to Newcastle. Tried doing a search but nothing else came up.

Have a DAB radio at home which has at least 40 channels so not sure what I am doing wrong.

I am in your area and have to say the DAB reception it first class with loads of channels available. I am non-technical... As a retired operations manager for a well known computer company, I employed people who knew how to do the techie stuff! I switched the radio on, searched for stations and if I liked it I pressed the save button to program it into memory.

I didn't download anything onto an SDCard.

As a matter of interest I have programmed onto the memory buttons: Radio Newcastle, Metro, Radio 2, Radio 4, Radio 4 Extra, LBC, Radio 6 music, several Absolute stations, Magic

I think a visit to the dealer is called for... It should have been set up for you at handover.

Hi GeoffH had a bit more time to play with the radio set up some FM channels Ok and when I went on to the DAB got loads of channels so setup all the ones I like.

I was out when the dealership rang today, my wife spoke to them, they had rang to find out if the car was OK and did I need any help with anything so will ring them tomorrow. Seem to be managing ok a lot of the controls seem to be in the same place as my old car thank goodness the windscreen wipers and indicators are on the same side it's disconcerting to turn left or right and the windscreen wipers startup Joe
