Hey guys really need help so I have a Fabia blackline 1.4 mpi engine with the 68 brake engine so sluggish,

My question is can i do anything to give a bhp boost I have put a sports air filter on and a sports exhaust but haven't really seen a difference. Some feedback would be wonderful as I'm slowly working to make it look like a VRS. Failing any upgrade was going to dump a VRS engine in the blackline of that's also possible

It looks like an engine transplant will be the way to go.

But that will be needing brakes uprated as well, and is it worth doing?

Or maybe just sell what you have and buy something with some go if that is what you are after.

Maybe a MK1 vRS.
