If you wanted to combine security with some saving in bandwidth, install a proxy server inside the router, and block any access to http in the router except via that proxy. That's the usual method companies use. The proxy server acts as a cache saving bandwidth for when every employee's downloading the same video clip or game they just read about in their email. I don't know much about the products available - obviously M$ have one, but there are lots of share/freeware ones also.
