Headlight switch replacement ?

Featured Replies

Recently my headlight switch has been playing up, i pulled the dash panel forward at the weekend and it looks like the OE fitted switch is plastic welded to the panel it sits in ?

Am i missing something ?

Any guides on here to doing it ?

That panel is the part you remove I think, you have to do something with the witch which let's you remove it.

With the switch in the OFF position, push the switch in against the spring pressure, turn the switch slightly to the right then pull.  The whole panel will come out.

You do not need any screw drivers or levers.

It's definitely not bonded/plastic welded as standard. Here's a similar switch...
