Skoda fabia vrs drl

Featured Replies

Hi guys I have a Skoda fabia vrs 2010 . My question is the drl lights do not work I have switched the switch to the right in the fuse box still nothing . Is there a fuse any were? Hope this great site can help me.

Your chance for a fast and reliable answer will probably improve if you put that question in the mk2 forum ;-)

Many here seems to be obsessed with all but Skodas... :-S

Until it is moved, do they work as sidelights. When you turn the side lights on and does one work as a parking light with the indicator stalk down and the key removed?

With the stalk down no ignition on no lights come on just a chime in the car . With the ignition on and the head light switch on side light I have no drl or side bulbs on .

Different fuse for sidelight, you need to check the actual DRL/Sidelight unit, DRL s not required but sidelights are. Do the rears work Ok, and if you put indicator stalk down with key out do you have 1 rear side light/parking light and 1 number plate bulb on?

Ok so. Stalk down rear left tail light works and 1 number plate bulb but no front lights. So does that sound like the drl sidelight unit is not working if so we're is the unit located?

I am talking about the DRL / Sidelight unit, bottom lights, the connections corrode. Or maybe are disconnected. Take the black plastic cover off, and 3 torx to take the light out. Thread this week in Fabia mk2, cracked DRL, furbytom.
