Hi,

Was pointed to this site by a member of the Mg-rover.org site. Currently I have 2 cars a Fabia 1.2 Ambiente Hatch (55 reg) and a MG ZS 110 4dr (53 Reg).

I have owned 5 other skodas so am not new to the marque. Indeed the 1st car I drove on a public road was a Super Estelle 120 LS over 20 years ago (Those were the days - box steering :eek: )

More importantly, my father was Czech and is burried in a village outside Brno (Buchlovice). Indeed I do visit the country at least twice a year, so if anyone wants some hard to get spares, please let me know - nothing too bulky mind - most of my journies there are on cattle class airways.

Same goes for any advice needed regarding traveling through that country. For example, did you know you can hire a new Fabia from Alimex for 450Kc's (Just over

You could say that. Dad was always pushing me to buy Skoda when he was alive. Sadly the family in Czecho seem to drive Pugs and Renaults (and even a Yaris) now.

Hi so recently purchased a 2016 superb 2.0 tdi 190. Absolutely love it but I’ve got an annoying issue with my speakers. So when purchased, 3 of the 4 main door speakers didn’t work which I replaced (brought speakers from local breakers). All worked fine for a few weeks untill the 2 rear ones stopped working. And then the driver side stopped working. So was going to use this opportunity to upgrade all speakers to pioneer however, I drove the car a few days ago I noticed a crackle sound fro

Hi we recently bought a nearly new 2025 Skoda Enjaq 2025 85X and three weeks ago the following happened to my wife on a flat car park: I reversed into a parking space with empty spaces each side of the car. I elevated the P switch to red light position. I opened driver door and screen was on Goodbye. I got out of car and closed driver door. I opened rear right passenger door to remove a bag. Hi there! I recently installed on my car an OEM Electric tow bar on my 1.5, but pressing the button inside the trunk, nothing comes out from under the boot. According to Skoda workshop, problem was the control unit: it was the model specific for electric cars with part number Skoda 5H2907383B; in fact looking on VAG the right code for my car is the 5H2907383BLc. Hello! With the Heat we are experiencing in these days in Italy (more than 30º) I decided to use the the aircon, as last Summer it was really wonderful BUT with my surprise it doesn’t work!
