It is.

 

Generally speaking it's all based on post/pm count. Generally if zero I'll delete the account. 

 

If it's more than 5 I'll review posts to make sure nothing legal or context breaking. Depending on that I either delete, or leave in place, removing personal details like email etc.

 

If it's more than 50 or so I'll disable / remove email but leave account in place.
