hi recently received a brand new Octavia black edition as a temporary until my new superb arrives, when I press the nav button it asks me to insert the correct data medium?? im assuming the second sd slot in the glove box is for this? does anyone know if this is the case and should it have come with the card? don't want to go to the leasing company until I know a few facts.

if you have an Amundsen unit then the satnav will not work unless the correct sd card is in slot 1.

What was the circumstances that you got the car? I'd this a "loaner" from the dealer?

If the car is on loan then i'm not suprised the card isn't in there, they won't want it getting 'lost' and then them having to foot the bill for a replacement.

its from the leasing company so we will be paying full whack for it so it really should be there.

They come in a DVD type case, check your glovebox

Really a black edition as a loaner I am surprised. We can't even get a black edition in country

My handbook says that the card should be in slot 2. That's where mine is and it works OK.

Mine says it should be in slot one, but it only works in slot 2 !
