what is peoples opinions on say a replacement K&N panel filter in the oem airbox and a pipe and open filter? 

I understand the open filter and pipe will probably suffer with heat soak but anyone had sufficient heat soak/loss of power that was noticeable? 

 

At a guess i would say open filter for looks and noise? and uprated filter in oem box for performance? 

 

anybody got any videos of the open filter please?
