Hi everybody, I visited this site a while ago to see if you lot would discourage me from buying the car and thankfully you didn't! It's magic black, standard car, no extras. I've bought it from Startin Skoda in Worcester who were really helpful and matched the Internet broker price. I cover about 30,000 miles a year so I'm looking for it to hold together better than the Citroen Picasso I'm changing it for. I'm really tempted by a remap but will hold back till I've put a few miles on the car - my only concern is the extra power putting extra strain on the clutch and drivetrain especailly with the miles I do. I'll look through the site for more info on this but if anybody has any views - all comments gratefully received. Great site, looking forward to becoming a regular visitor and occasional contributor.

Great little cars, and as a "performance" car which is still surprisingly able for long motorway cruising considering its size and "sport" heritage, you really can't complain!

I managed 59mpg on the motorway over to IP last Friday averaging at about 70mph :D
