Only comment on the project thread title - should it read 'Pre FL' instead of preface?

That sounds like an expensive trip to the garage!

Worth it though I'm sure, car looking great

Yea man wasn't cheap BUT the way I look at it the car was there 1 1/2 days and it has had a lot of work done

Think is its making a bit of noise like a creaking when going at slow speeds :(

Miltec is brill quieter then standard when driving normally but lovely when it's opened up!

Right next is some new springs to take him down a bit then the body kit and grills

And that should be it!!!

:)

What disk and pad combo did you go for? Mine need replacing and looking at grooved ones myself.

And that should be it!!!

Your talking to us now... not your lass, and I can assure you that definitely won't be it :D

There's always another modification to buy ;)

If you don't mind can you post a little review on here when you've bedded them in? I was looking at the same set up but also considered the red stuff pads option.

Well since the trip to garage I have been using car every day and the brakes are amazing!!!

Well worth the money

I will say there was one hairy min where I did think I wasn't gonna stop but the brakes had only done about 5 miles Hahahah

Discs are mtec as I have always fitted them to my cars and pads are mintex

The hoses are mrc (I think) which needed some modded to fit as they are thicker then standards but the pedal is much firmer now

They do seem to be making a bit more brake dust but I can live with that I think :)
