What's the standard exhaust o.d. If anyone knows???

I don't know, but I can guess

Pretty sure 2" standard

Piper upgrade is usually 2.5"

Miltek upgrade is usually 3"

I'm 96% sure standard is 2.25"

Milltek and piper are 2.5".

Piper is the only true 2.5" full system from the turbo.

The Milltek is 2" to the flexi then increases to 2.5".

Dan is right, standard is 2.25" and is not in the slightest bit restrictive unless you have big turbo power >220 bhp or so.

Ok thanks that helps a lot I should be running about 230bhp. I don't know how piper can make a true 2.5inch as I drew up a exhaust flange on cad and there wouldn't be enough room to get the nuts on the studs.
