Hi all, I have spotted a couple of threads suggesting the 184PS scout had larger discs, or that all >150PS octavias had larger discs.

Does anyone know for certain?

Actually, does anyone know for certain and other differences between the 150 and 184 scout other than the tune and DSG box?

I thought the only octavia to get larger discs was the vrs. Not 100% certain though

According to the service manual 1.2 TSI, 1.4 TSI, 1.6 TDI & 2.0 TDI 150 engines come with 288 mm front discs and 1.8 TSI & 2.0 TDI 184 with 312 mm discs. (Rears are all 272 mm though.)
