I recently changed to a solid flywheel only Yesterday, the problem is when I am setting off in first gear I get a vibration, all of the other gears seem fine, the Mechanic said the clutch needs to bed in, is this true? as I am not sure. the clutch kit is a valeo conversion kit.

I have the same problem with my Valeo 4 piece kit. I have never got to the bottom of it. Changing the dogbone mounts made a very small difference.

It did this before the change and I eventually converted as all the DMF failure signs got worse.
