2009 cr 170 tdi engine went pop, please help

Recommended Posts

It's the only thing I can think of?? These engines are usually very solid, hence why I struggled to find a replacement, if the timing belt had gone I could understand.

Quick question, is the fuel pump programmed to the ECU?

Just a quick follow-up, the car is back now and running luvly:) all in the car has had two engines built together to make one, a new clutch, full serive, re-gas of aircon and a new injector plus all the gaskets

And this is the make Mr Brown smile bit, the bill for the labour was only £523! I had to double check to make sure I was reading right? I even asked as I'm a man who like to be honest and no, it was correct? I was told it was low due to all the messing around.

It's nice to see there are some good people out there.
