Tints or sun blinds for black vrs estate?

Featured Replies

Hi chaps . My 2009 estate has got no tint whatsoever . I'm concerned about lack of security for the boot , and to be honest I think the car will look a good bit more sporty with some tint . If it was shades , then like others on here it's looking like being aftermarket ones with two shades for the back window . Are these so dark that they hamper visibility for parking ? Alternatively it's tints . What I don't want is something too dark so that it looks too pimped ! Shades seem to be midnight , smoke and light smoke , anyone know how these relate to eom tint ? Sunset glass ? Just aware that if I go for tints , then oy one chance to get it right . Thanks , any thoughts appreciated

My black hatch looks great with shades, quite pleased with it. The ones for the hatch from superskoda are one piece rear, think the estate is one piece too?

I had a black insignia ST ( estate) and it looked great with rear sides and rear with a factory tint. Not too dark like a drug dealers car!

Inside it was hard to even notice the tint and reversing visibility was not compromised. My brother had his X1 after market tinted and it transformed the look of his car.
