Halogen Headlight adjustment

Featured Replies

Hello everybody. Yesterday I managed to fit a 55W Bi Xenon hid kit on my pre FL yeti.

My car is equipped with reflectors (halogen Headlight).

Now my question is: The beam pattern is not that bad but the problem is that it's too low (low beams about in line with the fogs) and the adjuster on the dash is at the - position (which I think is the highest). Does the yeti have a headlight adjustment screw? If yes where and is it possible to fiddle with it without taking the bumper off?

And before you start ranting about hids in reflectors Yada Yada I live in Albania and pnp hids are legal as long as they're aimed properly.

Thanks.

It's normal for headlights to have manual adjustors. The thumbwheel inside the car is to adjust the aim downwards when the car is heavily loaded.

I know, but I want to have them even higher than the highest position on the adjuster wheel.

Is this possible?
