Hi, my electric mirror on the passenger side is failing to tilt up or down even using the manual control knob. The mirror will tilt left and right. Any thoughts or diagrams for repair would be greatly appreciated.the 3 year warranty expired in April! Typical. Thank you in anticipation. Rex

Pull the mirror out, and make sure it's correctly sited into the locating lugs.

The motor may be ok, but the mirror might just have been displaced.

I will post a link on how to remove the mirror.
