Oh dear how many times have i seen people complaining on watchdog about there ipoo breaking or the battery giving up;) .

No going to get video ipod.I've creative zen 20gb at moment,but dif will change to ipod.PX100 headphones rather than white ones.

Never had any problems with any of my iPods, if you look after things, they will look after you! :finger:

Yes the battery is built inside, if it wasn't it would spoil the ultra clean lines of the thing and make it bigger too!

Guy I work with has just got a 30Gb from Shanghai - as a piece of kit, it's pretty amazing in terms of performance and size. Probably too early to tell about any long term problems...

My ipod mini battery lasted months,then would last no more than a couiple of hours.the monkey in apple store birmingham said "its your software mate".

finally got apple to take it back,i now have a refurbed one,touch wood its fine.

would i buy another?not a chance,theres as good if not better on the market for a lot less money
