It's a bit hit and miss with those Ebay ones - Unless someone has bought one and can report it's trial and error I'm afraid. It has been found that with the cheaper ones, serial is more reliable than USB if you have it on your laptop.

Thanks for the help. well i decided it's a hell of a lot cheaper than the genuine one, so i will give it a try. I will report back my findings!! cheers
