I was in for just over 17years then MD'd with a kidney disease.

I used to train recruits, and the advice above is sound, and yes there are negatives that people will spill out, but I remember about 15 years ago skidooing in canada up to the arctic circle, cheesy grin over my face, had just been trekking in the rockies for 3 weeks and whilst on the skidoo it came to me "I'm having a bloody fantastic time and being PAID for it :thumbup: )
