What's this for?

Featured Replies

I was replacing my DRL bulbs with LEDs today. Whilst doing the passenger side one, I found this rubber pipe behind the foglight/DRL housing that wasn't connected to anything. Does anyone know what it's for and if it's supposed to be connected to anything?

It's probably a breather pipe to prevent the unit from misting up did it look like it should have been connected to the Fog/DRL Unit?

It's possibly the condensation breather hose for the aircon, it's got nothing to do with the fog light so don't worry about it.

Its the drain pipe from the battery tray
