I hope someone can help me.

 

I change the battery on my remote/ key. After that I can't open close the doors.

 

How can I do to resync the remote fob?

 

I have an Octavia 2007 edition.

From the owner's manual, 2 steps:

1. Press any button of the fob.

2. Using the metal key, unlock the door within one minute.

 

Pls tell me whether it works. Haven't needed to try it yet.
