Jordan's Mk2 VRS

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Bought my mk2 VRS back in November after owning an A4 1.9tdi and a VW T4 1.9td, by far the best car i've owned and the cheapest to insure by a mile!

It is lowered on 40mm springs, made a massive difference. Will be looking to get Air ride for my 21st in April.

Pressed Plates, LED number plate lights and Thule aero roof bars have been added.

Bars only on when needed.

Went for a service at Skoda, I asked them to replace the air filter if it was needed, they said it was fine...

Got it home and checked, I think it was overdue? so new airfilter was put in.

Whilst I was there, added some colour to the engine bay and moved the air intake pipe around (most restrictive air intake/box going?) to allow better air, and cut out plastic in airbox after seeing Ant's mod (VR52 LOW) on here.

Also painted rear tow eye satin black so it blends in with rear valance.

Plans for the next few weeks:

  • cut slats in front grill
  • fit Forge BOV spacer
  • centre box delete
  • supercharger housing/crap removal
  • De-wiper the rear

Plans for future:

  • order new style badges
  • smooth rear badge on tailgate
  • Air ride
  • Refurb wheels
  • intercooler
  • induction kit/performance filter
  • possible decat/straight pipe exhaust
  • remap
  • Full wrap in merlin purple/ urban camo

As per most of us on here, its just a case of funds...
