I cant decide whether to replace the whole mount or go down the bush replacement route.

What do people recommend?

I'd say the same, just get a new mount if it needs replacing. The aftermarket bushes for the doggbone are crap from my experience and don't wear that we'll. Still have my nackered powerflex one in the garage. The centre hole has just elongated over time.

I'd replace the mounts, with a new set and in order to improve handling, I'd fit them new poly bushes.

Superpro mount is more friendly than the powerflex

In the end i decided to go down the whole mount route.

Purchased the febi one £42 took me less than half hr to do.using 16mm socket just 3 bolts dead easy. And cant belive the difference.

Smoother gear change. And got rid of knocking sound ive had for past few weeks.

I got 1 of these and can't fault it
