When i got my monte i had one blue and one clear sidelight bulb in either headlamp and all the other montes i saw had blue sidleights too so i decided to to buy some new blue ones which look fine in daylight but an ugly green colour when on :no:

 

Anyone got any nice looking ones the led ones look ugly as theyre right in view or should i just get some clear ones tommorow, They are meant to blue though arent they?

Standard ones are blue.  The Osram ones you've linked to look fairly similar to them.

Ive used the philips blue ones that come with their extreme vision bulbs.

They look blue when off, but no difference when on to any other yellow tinge sidelights

I've got the Osram ones fitted. They look alright, whiter than the standard bulbs and slightly more light too, but still not much. Might replace them for CREE style LEDs if I can find a reliable set.

Thanks for the comments ill go with the osrams then should match my ring ice blue ones nicely dont want them massivley bright just not blinking yellow or green lol

Shouldnt do. They are actually 5w, so it shouldnt know its not an incandescent bulb.

Really bright though.

Had cree led side lights in my monte for months now and no errors.

I bought these as sidelights about February last year, never let me down by flickering and/or errors on the dash... And they do compliment the HID kits quite nicely albeit a bit more white, but I like it.

Just got my osram ones look just as i wanted

 

Not a fan of the cree's smd's etc personally as they are righ on view from experience cree last miles longer than any smd ever did on my last car
