leather seat repairers kent area-any recommendations

I have just had someone come to repair some scratches/digs on my cream leather front passenger seat and at the moment it now looks worse than before with the scratches still showing but swirls also now evident on the seat. Also there is a distinct line along the seat panle where the colour doesn't match.

I have also had to get paint off of the chrome finish around the gearstick. He did say that it may take more than one visit if the marks are stll visible (which they are) so he is going to have to come back but I am worried now that it is only going to get worse.

If I do need to get someone else to come and put this right can anyone recommend someone they have used?
