Bolero & MFSW buttons

Featured Replies

Noticing a comment in the Columbus thread about not all the MFSW buttons working but there being a firmware update, I've gone from an Audience to Bolero in my '58 octy and the buttons have all worked a bit strange just wondering if there's a rework? Iff the top of my head, it's just the fast forward/rewind buttons that don't work now, the mute/lighting/volume/skip track buttons all work okay but you now have to hold down the skip track buttons to get the track to go back or forward which is mildly annoying if you don't hold it down for long enough and skip to the start/end.

Anyone know how to rectify this to get them back to as it was? Do FL cars work that way, just having one set of arrow buttons to do it all or something?

Has no-one had this problem? :(

Have you pm'd mike holroyd he should be able to help you.

The Bolero in my '12 Yeti has always worked like that - press and hold the MFSW < / >  to get FF / RW to work. The touch screen buttons work the same way. I've not heard of it working any other way.

Yep.  My 2012 Octavia vRS works exactly as you describe.

That's how they work on my preFL Octavia and Columbus, so can't imagine the procedure being any different with the Bolero.

Unfortunately can't be of any more help as my older car with Bolero hasn't got MFSW, yet!

Fixed that for you Mike ;)
