The passenger side windscreen trim on my 53 estate decided fly off and disappear into the undergrowth, undoubtedly as a result of poor refitting by the windscreen fitter who replaced the screen recently.

 

I've tried doing a request on the breaker sites but nobody has come back with one which I must admit I find hard to swallow.

 

Anybody got one or know where to get one ?

Unfortunately my friend I'm in France and you probably don't appreciate what a sick joke that suggestion is !

 

If it had happened within a few days of the fitting that might have worked but 'recently' in this case means a couple of months ago and in French customer service terms that might as well be a decade !

Dealers should still supply them for the reason you've experienced. No idea on price though I'm afraid.
