Simple question really...

 

Are the vRS front arch liners the same as any of the other Fabia models in the range? Or are they all specific?

 

I need new front ones and couple take a trip to the stealers if there are any bog standard Fabia's there...

To my knowledge they are the same throughout the mark 1 fabia range, especially the fronts.  (Not sure if rears are bodyshape specific, but probably not)

 

I think I currently have fronts sourced from a basic Fabia in the mongrel.

 

 

Something just struck me that their "may" be differences in the "pointy bit" connecting arch liner to the front bumper on the vRS / non vRS due to the shape/chin on the front bumper.  Just theorising now though

Strangely, only the right-hand one appears to be different between RS and non-RS models. See here.

Possibility of because of the intercooler?...  Although I thought that's not just unique to the PD130.

Different driveshaft clearance due to lower ride height? Can't quite picture it in my head.

Wouldn't have thought so. The vRS is on stilts as standard too

I can't think how they'd be different  The PD100 has more or less same intercooler / IC position / boost pipework too.

I think a visit to my local scrapyard is in order!

I have vrs ones

The vrs one has a small cut out where the lower ic connection is due to the bigger coupler. Apart from that they may be slightly longer under the bumper but I can't remember now
