Sonax netshield

Featured Replies

Has anyone used it? Claims up to 6 months protection once applied. Its aerosol based.

I spotted it on ebay while looking to order another bottle of bsd

PNS is essentially the same as the Hybrid NPT, simply it doesnt come in a nice box with a cloth like HNPT does and while HNPT allows 1-2 minutes prior to buffing and is more forgiving PNS allows 30secs or so and mus not dry on paintwork.

I use PNS and love it. Grab some paont prepare from Sonax that way you know paint is clean prior to application.

6 months is achievable easy. I top mine with BSD once a month and not had to touch it for over a year now.

Too many TLAs

Too many TLAs

Im not sure what TLA stands for but I'll guess it's refers to using initials rather than product name. Sorry. I shall translate.

PNS is Sonax Polymer Netshield

HNPT is Sonax Extreme Hybrid protect and shine NPT (it is just NPT at the end)

BSD is Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer.

Sorry to anyone who got lost in my post.

TLA = Three-letter abbreviation or acronym
