Larger turbo, injectors, ecu etc etc

I think this has been covered before, but anyway here's what you'll need:

(items with # next to it are not off a 1.8t BAM engine)

K04-023 Turbo

oil and coolant lines for it

exhaust manifold

custom downpipe #

injectors + fuel rail

inlet manifold

Turbo intake pipe

Maf

Uprated re-circ valve, Not a blow off valve!!!!  #

Air filter

Fuel pump and 4 bar pressure regulator

FMIC, (its easier than trying to make the bam twin intercoolers to work.)

You'll need to modify the Boost pressure sensor

You will need to re-route a few lines such as coolant line that goes to expansion tank, and the Fuel breather lines.

and a remap of course.

Or you could get a hybrid k03s / k04 made up and save yourself a load of hassle with the exhaust mani etc, and just do injectors, maf remap etc.
