well i have changed my very first ever skoda  the 2003 superb 1.9 pd 130 elegance for a 2009 superb 2.0 170 se.

won't ever have another brand now .

I've recently done a lower power/ poverty spec version of the same car swap  Superb I 1.9 100PD to Superb II 1.4tsi

 

Miss the low down shove of the PD but love the higher rev zing of the tsi. Biggest difference with the new one is with noise levels - much lower, especially in traffic.

 

Took me while to get used to stop/start as well, but keep expecting the rest of my fleed to do the same now!

 

Both are great cars though..

 

How ae you finding fuel economy compared to the excellent 1.9 pd?
