Liverpool 3 - Furby 0 (Not an "I beat / raced etc thread)

Featured Replies

Last week whilst parked outside the thistle hotel in liverpool, my furby got spanked TWICE in the same day, once by a reversing minibus (caught on CCTV) and it's rear step put a monster dent in the sill, and then by a taxi that rubbed up the rear bumper (again caught on CCTV).

Today I went to Liverpool to go for a check up and have some stitches taken out after a recent op, and I get a bloody stone chip on the front screen, a screen that is only 3 weeks old after it got taken out on the way to blackpool in a similar scenario.

Whilst I am pretty wound up over the car damage, what is worse is getting it repaired, I want to get it fixed, I am not fanatically car proud, but hate riding round with this stuff (see pix). I have got the money to repair it, and have phoned / emailed 4 different "specialist" company's so far, Chips Away, Dent Master, Dent Wizard, and Clean Image. The first three said (on Friday) a local rep would contact me in 24hrs, the 4th said send pictures. So far, nothing, not a call back or a reply to mails. Even phoned the first 3 again today and got told "Sorry, someone from your local area will call you before close of business today" which .... they have not. So whats wrong with these people? do they not need the cash? it's pretty frustrating.

On the flipside, does anyone know of a good repairer, ideally in the northwest, but I don't mind travelling to get it sorted out.

Cheers

Tony

Chipsaway wil be able to fix the scuff on your bumper, but the dent on your sil will need taking to a decent bodyshop.

That's very unlucky

Hope you can get someone to actually sort it quick

I had same problem with chips away and dent master, they dont want your business :(:(:(
