Hi I've got a skoda oct vrs mk1

Runs and drives perfect !! How ever once it hits 90"degrees it smokes like a trooper on idal most of the Time clears on revs but not always .. It has started eating alot of oil how ever the turbo has just started making a slight whine as soon as it spulls up .. Is this going to be a turbo or valve stem oil seals ? Or even piston rings .. I don't no where to start but it needs doing this week any recommendations?

Cylinder leakage test first. Most good garages will have one.
