D M Keith, Bradford

As there have been a number of complaints about dealers in recent threads. I thought that I would ask the obvious, being a new Skoda owner, what do you think of this dealer. My experience so far is excellent, friendly, willing to help (if a little 'jobsworth'; at times)

Dunno abbout the Bradford one, but the Leeds branch service dept were very hwlpful to me a few weeks ago, despite being a vw owner....

and on tuesday, had a really good chat with one of the sale blokes about jacking the pastie in for a superb.

Seems like a franchise that might actually have got the balance between towing the party line and looking after customers properly....

A friend of mine bought a Fabia vRS off D M keiths at leeds. Nowt but trouble :mad: ...It was Involved in an acciddent and went there for repaires Panals not put on straight, cr.ap paint job it has been back in several times and none of the work has been rectified to my mates satisfaction. The car has been in for warranty work and came out worse than when it went in Sounds like once they have sold you the car they are no longer Intrested There been nice to you "You might buy a Superb off 'em Not me Try Pullyens in York Nothing is to much trouble for them...................Andy

I have added this dealer to the Review Centre in the absence of any entry there - unless of course one exists in the wrong geographical area!

Tried to deal with DM Keith Leeds on a few occasions - hate them!!!! Offered me 2.5K for a 18 month old Oct Blueline with 60K on clock - got 8K from my dealer

Told me variable service intervals damage the car and they set all their sales cars at fixed.

All cars in showroom locked!! have to wait 30 mins or so the get the eye of a salesman to unlock. He then whines when you want to look at a different model.

Generally feel that they are doing YOU A favour by talking to you

I use Bickerton's in Sheffield - excellent at all times - dealt with them for over 5 years now

DM Keith in Bradford was the first place I looked for a Furby vRS. The prices they were quoting were stupid (mainly because of the terrible part-ex price they were offering on my Polo), and the salesman was a pratt - he insisted on driving during the test drive!! :finger:

Went to Simpsons in Nelson - for the same car the figures looked a million times better so I bought one. Simpsons also let me have the car (on my own!!) for an hour to try out.

- he insisted on driving during the test drive!! :finger:

.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:
