Any idea if I can put the tuning box from my VRS tdi to 1.6 tdi????? On their site all boxes increase the power for 30 bhp

doubt it, AFAIK the map is specific to each engine code.

It'll be the same physical box but it'll run different software for each engine code. I certainly wouldn't expect a vRS and 1.6 TDi to have the same tuning parameters even though both increase by ~30 bhp.

 

Drop DTUK an email as they might be happy to switch the software over, charges may apply and they might not be interested if you didn't buy your original tuning box directly from them.
