skoda rapid 1.6 tdi 2014 model

hi  i  just joined this forum am in county durham  my skoda rapid doors filled with water i did a diy fix with the seals at bottom of doors by cutting the rubber seals where the two drain holes are on each door,however i strongly believe the glass seals in doors should be replaced as there are gaps that is letting the water in   anyone got any thoughts on this also i think skoda should recall these cars as it is a problem.
