wind deflectors

Featured Replies

has anyone got wind deflectors fitted, if so are they Team Hekko or Climair and where did you purchase them from? looked on Ebay at the Hekko ones but a few guys saying they are poor fitting and easy cracked, less than half the price of climair  though

bought hekko a few weeks ago very pleased,  fitted fine - very easy , grey tint look good.

Team Hekko here and they work great.

Purchased Team Hekko in 2013, full set off Ebay / towbarman01 for £29.80. No problems with them.

hekko ones fitted few weeks ago, bend enough to fit front ones and cut out for near wing mirror

Heko on a 2010 Octavia scout. I also have them on a Fiat Ducato motorhome van. They are great.

However I had trouble fitting to the front windows as the tip on the rear of the deflector broke on fitting to both windows. There was also only 2 sticky taped areas, and one was on the area that snapped. I have refitted with double sided tape strips to 4 areas, no problem.

Also a small problem with the rears not fitting well due to the tape provided - After fitting and closing windows all night, the following day the windows would bounce back down as they collided with part of the heko. I redid the tapes, refitted, now no problem.

Their dark colour looks pretty smart on an anthracite coloured car with tinted rear windows :D

there is a cut out, or you made one?

+1 for Hekko full set, originally purchased for mk1 as they were fitted with adhesive tape, now used on mk2 as mk1 was written off after being t boned by another.

There is a cut out already, both sides obviously

Whatever the OEM ones from the dealers are, bought courtesy of the £50 voucher I got when I bought a service package. ;)

Had OEM ones. not as dark as the Hekkos, which are now fitted to both hatch and estate. The hatch has the self-adhesive ones, the estate "in-channel" ones. Both fitted with no issues, no cracks, basically fiited and forgot. ;):)

all abot the team heko ones for me dude :-)
