Ive been a bit dumb.

Very long story, but whilst fiddleing with the "scuttle panel" or whatever its called in order to run a power lead for a new amp i "accidentally" lost one on the little black caps that cover the windscreen wiper bolts :(

Yeah, I know, why the hell was i fiddling with the wipers.....

Anyway, anyone got any ideas how to get a replacement?

Bloody annoyed with myself, it fell into the engine bay and hasnt reappeared yet!

Seems daft but anyone got a part number, or even a wrecked Octy they are using for parts?

Go to a Skoda dealer and say

"Can I have a new wiper bolt cap please"

Kinda simple really.

I think it may be 1J0 955 205 A 01C around 92p each so I wouldn't lie awake worrying about it.

As Ross says, better to let the dealer find the part number for you.
