I have just changed my Mk2 FL vRS for a Mk3 vRS.

 

Not liking the pump & gunge idea I went to the trouble of getting a full size alloy spare for the old car and had it refurbished.  It is an 18" Neptune in sliver and is shod with a Goodyear EGP with 6mm of even tread remaining.  I am in need of an 18" Gemini in anthracite, preferably with a good tyre on it.

 

I also have the foam insert with jack and brace (unused) and would like to swap it for the Mk3 version.
