One last upgrade job to do

Featured Replies

It's been a busy month or so for me and fitting accessories to the car.

Boot nets

Rubber boot light

Rubber tunnel mat

Most recently, after flip-flopping over radio upgrades, I ended up moving quickly on an Amundsen+. This is now fitted and is really good - I'm so much happier having integrated nav in the car.

I've been able to remove the Garmin wiring and dash mount from the car, tidying up the dashboard considerably. Everything looks better and OEM, which is good,

Today I also fitted my genuine sill trims. Thanks to some help from this forum, I was able to fit them in just the right place first time. These are a great improvement over the aftermarket ones I originally bought.

I have one outstanding project to complete - chrome inserts for my front grill. I have already bought and received the kit from SuperSkoda, just need time to fit them. Hoping for good weather next weekend to do it, as each slat is glued on and will need significant curing time (which rain or extreme cold won't help).

Once that is done, I'm going to stop fiddling with changes and upgrades. Particularly as I can't think of anything else to do after that. :)

Have to tell how you get on I'm waiting for another 20% off then gonna get a spoiler ...(spent way to much @ superskoda. I moved my GPS to where you put yours so easy to do ... Cheers for pics .
