Elusive fuse 42 (cigarette lighter)

Featured Replies

Help, I blew the fuse trying to retrieve a broken sat nav plug, looked on the forum and in the book and both confirm I need to replace fuse 42, in to the fuse box and there is no 42 ??? Any ideas my car is a 2002

I just changed one 10 minutes ago.

Remove the trim at the end of the drivers side dash

Under the mini fuses on the right hand side you want the fourth one down, should be 15A fuse just below 3 yellow 20a fuses

bargain, I'll give it a go as soon as the sun's up. Thank you in advance :-)

Sorry, MCK1- I spotted your post count and model .

looking at the CAR MODEL posted by the member (Car:Skoda Felicia 1.6 GLXi ), I 'd suggest two things

1) - he's posted in the wrong forum.(as he's a newbia ,lets forgive him and welcome him in Skoda tradition)

2) he's looking in the wrong manual, as F42 is cigar lighter on a FABIA, but F22 (extreme end one) is cigar lighter on a FELICIA.

Perhaps move post to feicia forum might help .
