From owning a Skyline to owning Skoda

Featured Replies

Had to give up drifting due to the grown up stuff.

Only a little break I shall be back once settled.

So I had a problem, i needed a daily Eco fun commuter, I was looking at everything from Bmws to seat Leon's.

I never in my lifetime thought I'd go look at a Skoda... But it caught my eye on eBay back in July and I was intrigued.

I've never looked back, absolutely love it.

Here she is, my red mk1 Skoda Fabia vrs

Colour coded.

Lowered 30/40mm apex springs

New badges and caps

Upgraded bushes

312mm brake upgrade

Cupra r splitter

Garret pd130 hybrid turbo

Paddle clutch

Remap to around 170bhp

I want to know what to do next really, I don't want stupid power. Just want a fun daily, thinking of a decat system, front mount and a decent air filter.

Also the attraction of making it a fitment queen is tempting

Cheers man, it needs a bit of work but I'm happy with it. I'll keep an eye out for your blue beast. What kinda things has yours had done to it?

Not too much tbh. Rotiform Nue, AP coilovers, Cupra splitter, Depo xenons, blue interior leds. Engine is completely standard but I'm tempted to get it mapped.

Small update as works been flat out.

Done a full service on her, it was much needed as the oil came out like water [emoji23]

Bought some heko wind deflectors pretty easy to fit and look awesome.

Thinking of spraying mirrors and spoiler black .

Also purchased some spiders finally, undecided on colour, but either extremely shiny silver or black/anthracite

Recently it's started knocking from the N/S front, checked most things but I can't find anything loose or worn [emoji35]

Started refurbing the spiders finally, undecided on colour.. Silver or black

I got my spiders in anthracite, but since then i have missed the silver (thinking of getting mine re done that and I have curbed 2 of them now)

Spiders look better in a bright silver. They lose some of the definition if they're black

A lot of people have said silver makes them look better
