car automatically locks after 30 secs. Can this be turned off?

^ ^ from a sad old s*d, another solution would be to use the key as previously suggested as a necklace, but with a low cut top, that would ensure, I'm sure, lots of offers of assistance!  ; - ))

I realise the above is not pc but hey who cares!!

  • If you mean auto relock after 30 seconds if a door has not been opened, I am pretty sure that the answer is no. I never use the centre remote button to unlock the boot having had grief in the past fr

  • Opening the boot does disable the auto relock, if you have globally opened the car (ie pushed the open padlock button). If you just push the open boot button, this enables the boot to be opened only

  • Can you not shut the boot after doing everything else? I'm not being flippant, I just mean - you unlock car, open boot, put keys in boot and unload everything, pick up keys, shut boot. That seems like

Well, now I've seen it all!

It was a simple yes/no question - told y'all before - some of you need to get out more ROTFL

I've enjoyed all the good-natured banter - 'us' more 'mature' folks sure enjoy a laugh!

Let us 'youngsters' obey the 'old cheese' and desist with this silliness.

Excusez moi - who are you calling an old cheese?  I prefer mature :D :D

Anyway, since I gather from other threads that the average age of Yeti drivers is probably 'retired', I am happy to let the 'boys' have their fun.  Keeps 'em out of mischief.

I am also retired and my big problemo today is whether to get the AX HAG washed.  She has dirty water splashes in places I can't mention - but even though it probably won't rain today, I still have to drive her through large farm puddles.  Thing is, she still looks great and is a wonderful testimony to white cars looking better than dark ones, when dirty.  Decisions, decisions :D :D :peek:

Sounds to me like b***sh***

So after all this the moral of the story is simply not to use the centre button on the keyfob.

All sounds OFFNOTE to me
