Elegance estate owners

Featured Replies

Gone from a hatchback vrs to a 1.4 elegance estate. Have any of you fitted a RARB such as the whiteline? Is it worth while, while having the stock suspension or it there a notable difference?

Also not a fan of the chunky spoked 16" alloys and they have winter tyres on, so come the end of winter I was thinking about getting some OEM 17" alloys with some summer tyres. How does the estate look with some bigger alloys and standard ride height?

I guess the "it being an elegance" is irrelevant. Really directed to non-vrs owners.

I have the elegance estate in standard form and the mother-in-law has the hatch with the adjustable RARB. Its like two different cars (and no, i dont mean hatch and estate!). the compliance, grip and predictability of the adjustable RARB when your pushing it is fantastic. Would recommend it fully.

Good, it made a hell of a difference in the vrs, was just unsure with the softer/higher ride height of the non vrs if it would be noticeable.

Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the reply.

He doesn't state his mother in law not having a Vrs hatch.

And the RARB is not on his estate, Just in case you missed that. Not trying to be pedantic. :) .

The hatch is a 2.0PD. used to belong to Octavia5 on this forum. And she drives slower than miss daisy, so doubt she would ever get a VRS :D
